Beautiful, quaint place. Staff was friendly. Had the lamb platter and I couldn’t have seasoned it better at home. No obnoxiously loud house music like many Mediterranean restaurants tend to have. Will be back.
Toga Grill just got added to my Lake Charles rotation. What a great meal I just had. Gyro plate was delicious with the feta salad. Loved the potatoes which were just a little bit spicy. The cabbage salad that comes with the plate was vey good. It is served cold and sets off the gyro meat perfectly. The set up of the restaurant itself is a little confusing. It looks like a nice table service restaurant, but you order at the counter. Drinks are bottled sodas and waters. And you tip at the counter when you order. But, nothing that would keep me from coming back. Glad to find another solid place in LC.
