Great Place. The food here is excellent from the kibbeh, to spanakopita, to gyro and schwarma, on the downside the meats are dry. I am used to eating gyros that are so wet from grease the pita falls apart.
Frequent Customer. I’m a frequent customer and have had almost everything on the menu. Having grown up in a very authentic greek family I know what the food is supposed to taste like. Zeus has many authentic Greek and Lebanese dishes but some have Cajun or American inspired flavors. MY recommendations – eggplant royal, shrimp zeus salad, spinach pies, Zeus burger, lebanese tea, gyro or chicken shwarma pasta, fried kubbi, and the zeus fish. My NOT recommendations – pita bread (it’s thin and goes stale fast, not fresh), meat grapeleaves and majadarah (taste microwaved), baklava (not fresh), plain hummus or tahini, and the falafel.

The atmosphere is nice and they had belly dancers. I agree with the other review that the gyro was dry. I asked for extra tzatziki, when I got the check she charged me for a $3 side of tzatziki. I love falafels but the ones here are pretty dry and tasteless.
Let me down gently next time….Zing!. So my husband and I were so excited to go and try this new place. We absolutely love gyros…..so we went with high hopes. The ambience is excellent, the service is above average, the decor is perfect, the smells are delightful THEN the food FINALLY came out…….ZING ZING ZING That is our new name for this place: ZINGEverything we tasted was zesty and lemony. The gyro meat was dry.,..the hummus was no good and everything else was so lemony we couldn’t stand it. After paying $50 for lunch -we shook our heads and both knew we would never be back. NO THANKS
