Ginger Bread Bakery is in a house on Linder Rd with a storefront added. There is a large variety of items! I have had many of them including scones, cookies, donuts, king cakes, pecan pie, cheesecakes, cinnamon rolls, cherry turnovers, and I’m sure others. Some of the items are really good, while some are just ok. But I’m glad to have it near home. The donuts are the best donuts I’ve ever had, but she stopped making them because she was throwing too many away. I think that’s more a marketing problem than a donut problem because they are amazing. But you can still order them by the the dozen if you order the day before. I haven’t tried them but she makes custom birthday cakes too.
