The Prop Stop is a boat only restaurant grill location. On a busy weekend you’d be lucky to get a spot to tie your boat to pm the dock. Today we visited for the weekend of the Fourth and what a show it was!!! Great band! Gorgeous boats! And even more sights to see if you’re into crowd watching. We had a few drinks and some of their food like the swamp burger, fish tacos and nachos. When I rate a restaurant… I do so with the idea or did I get a good return on my time and effort? So… we all know fast food sucks; but it’s unfair to rate them the same as a fine dining location. That’s whyProp Stop gets a 5 in my book…. they totally deliver on my expectations. So if you expectations are to have some pretty good food and drinks at a great location… this is a spot you should not pass up… if you have a boat to get there that is!!! Great times.
Order a hamburger, they tell us it will be ready in 20 minutes. We go back in 20 and they tell us another 20 minutes. We get it in 30 minutes and it is cold and is nothing but bread meat and cheese. Asked for dressings and they said they were out! $10 for a cold plain burger! Never again!
