Cucina Cangemi is a locally-owned and operated casual restaurant featuring Italian, Mediterranean and South Louisiana fare and is named in honor of our great friend and dedicated partner, Tom Cangemi. After enjoying a long and storied career in the food and hospitality industry, Tom teamed up with us in 1996 as part of the group that created and operated The Original Italian Pie restaurant chain and also co-owned several local locations. It is with great admiration and deep respect that our Cucina Cangemi restaurant is named in his memory.
