The Hong Kong is as Mom & Pop as it gets. Literally it is run by this sweet old Chinese couple, Mom takes your order and Pops cooks it up. Just some of the most down home Chinese cooking Ive seen in a long time. The place is tiny, 5 tables, not an ounce of ambience and no booze, but for lunch or an evening take out order you cant beat the product these guys are putting out. One of the greatest versions of general Tsos I think Ive consumed, IMHO.
