12/19/2015 We heard a lot about this place and decided to give it a try. The place is as small as it seems from the outside, but we were seated almost right away. Our table was slanted and the Miso soup bowl was sliding across the table on its own at one point. I have to say, I was a little surprised at the condition of the restaurant given how popular it is… but sometimes those are the best spots. We ordered about 10 rolls of various tastes and one fried roll. They were able to accommodate our nonsushi eater with a heaping plate of shrimp rice that was fantastic. The rolls came to the table in a timely manner and appeared very fresh. The presentation and shapes seemed a little rushed but everything tasted good. Two adults and three kids brought the food bill to $97 with sodas. Pros: fair prices, quick service, plenty of sauce. Cons: sun shining in my eyes, loud waitstaff, forgot parts of our order, restaurant needs upgrades. Don’t forget to like my review!
