It is a brewery with great food! I require an AIP diet due to illness so eating out is always a challenge and something I rarely do. They had a gluten free menu and they specially cooked me up a delicious ribeye in the oven (which I didnt even ask for them to do) so there was no contamination from the grill and actually had 100% olive oil. Even some of the fancier restaurants usually use a canola mix which I cant have. They were extremely attentive to food allergies/preferences. They make their own margarita mix from real ingredients and it was delicious! The service was outstanding!
My husband and I stopped in for a beer while riding the Trace. We both enjoyed the beer and the service, but there was a very small selection which is why I didn’t rate a 5. They only offer six beers and were out of two at the time. However, the chocolate stout was amazing and I wish I could find it someone to purchase! The menu was limited, but what was coming out of the kitchen looked good. (We did not stay to eat)
Good food, pleasant, sports-bar atmosphere, moderately priced. Craft beer selection–but if you don’t drink beer, you’ve GOT to try one of their honey/bacon rimmed Bloody Mary’s–phenomenal! With lots of veggies!
Been here a dozen times since they opened but hadn’t been back for a few months until last night. Expected there to be a crowd but 7 of us walked right in; reason? Unfortunately it’s gone downhill. The food was decent but many of their veteran servers apparently moved on to greener pastures. Waiting for drinks, refills, condiments was very slow. The manager on shift was apparently doubling as the bartender so very out of touch with what was going on. Don’t think I’ll be heading back anytime soon.
Beer was amazing, some of the best i have ever had. On the other hand, food was very disappointing. Got a 20 dollar pork chop that was barely 6 bland bites.Im just going to go back for the beer. Maybe a burger too, those looked pretty big.
So so. Food was good. Tried some onion rings, seafood cakes, nachos and the shrimp on toast (my favorite). As an entree I got a buffalo chicken sandwich which was a little underwhelming but decent. Just needed to be actually tossed in Buffalo sauce and not drizzled on lightly. Like I said food was good. My problem was with service. We went to eat a late lunch at about 300 o’clock on a Saturday. There were a couple tables but it was by no means full. Our server was scarce. First, she took our order for apps and didn’t come back for around 30 mins. Someone else delivered our food. Keep in mind, we still wanted to order entrees and I needed a refill. During the whole meal we never saw her. Finally, she appears to ask if we needed boxes and the check. Then, She once again disappeared after giving us our check and didn’t return for 20 minutes. That’s a long time when you have small children. Actually, more like an eternity. It was very off putting. Restaurant was very clean and cool looking, I just hope next time I don’t get that server.
Great beers and service. Even ambience was extraordinary on a Friday night! Will be back many times in the future when biking the Trace.
