Best Chinese food for the price, fried rice is great!
The food is always very good but their delivery is hit or miss. The first time I ordered delivery after about an hour or so I called and they told me the driver was lost. I told them they could give the driver my number and I could help with directions. Twenty minutes later I finally got a phone call from the driver asking for the gate code for my neighborhood (which I had included on the order form). Thinking that the driver was in my neighborhood, I waited and he still didn’t show up for another ten minutes. The next few times I ordered was fine. The last time I ordered after an hour and a half i called to see what was going on, and they asked me if I could come pick up my order?!?! Are you kidding me?!?! I understand if you are backed up, but you should be upfront about that before the order is placed or once it is discovered. Now the you have dropped the ball you want me to come it up to right your wrong. I don’t think so. I asked that they just cancel the order and they said they couldn’t because the food had already been made. Okay so how long has my food been just sitting there and why was it made and not being delivered.Again great food but very inconsistent service. Will not order from them again.
Went there for lunch and got some chinese and thai, it was very delicious and a lot of food for a nice price. Drinks were a little pricy, but yea go eat there
RED APPLE MANDEVILLE IS GREAT!!. I ordered some chinese food like the noodles, kung pao chicken , wantons and beef with veggies..All of it were oh-so-good and hot and fresh!! i would say this is the best chinese take out i have ever had!! they deliver too!! the good looking teenager who delivers is so respectful and neat and descent!! Tip him a lot! great job Red Apple Mandeville!
Vegetables are ok. Meat is awful. I’d eat somewhere else.
Lunch. So I go here today for lunch because I’m having a craving for something out of the norm. I will say that I really liked the Sesame Chicken and the Egg Drop Soup that was a compliment to the meal. However, I didn’t like the pork fried rice as it tasted scorched or overcooked. But for the most part, I will say that this restaurant is worth the drive and well worth the money.
Had the Gen. Tsao chicken dish, white meat only, and it was awful. Each piece was no less than 75% breading, and the breading was soft and flavorless. The pork fried rice was good. Very disappointing.
