I have been coming to this restaurant off and on since it first opened. I can say that the food is consistently great. The Pho always comes out hot and is very tasty. I have noticed that the amount of bean sprouts and jalapeos that accompany the Pho has gotten smaller. Other than that, I think most people would be very pleased with their meal.

Pho Tai Nam – Rare Steak And Brisket. Delicious Pho and just enough Broth
Great Food and Friendly Staff. I am new to Vietnamese cuisine, having only had a few other experiences. Pho restaurants seem to be popping up all over the Northshore lately, but Viet Kitchen is the best so far, in my opinion. I had the Bun with grilled pork, shrimp and egg roll, which is served in combination with rice vermicelli noodles, pickled carrots, cucumber, cilantro, and a fish sauce on the side. My dish was very flavorful, particularly the grilled pork. My husband ordered the House Special Pho, which is served with a variety of beef cuts. He said the beef was tender and the soup was good, especially the jalapenos! I only sampled the broth, but it was much tastier than other pho I’ve encountered on the Northshore. My daughter had the stir fried beef with rice. The beef was tender and delicious. We also enjoyed the spring rolls as an appetizer, which were very fresh. The portions are not overly generous, so if you are particularly hungry, I would not hesitate to explore the appetizer menu. Our waitress, Lisa, was very friendly and helpful in explaining the dishes. We will definitely be back. Best of luck to you, Viet Kitchen!
