Employees need training. The food was fine & the order was correct BUT some serious training needs to be held for the counter personnel..If I order something with a coupon for $4.99 you don’t charge me $6.53..I know that the tax rate isn’t 31% and you should know that too..And please teach them how to count change,,Speaking of such, never in my life have I ever seen a employee call a manager to the front because the employee didn’t know how to open a roll of quarters !! 5 STARS out of 5 Stars…Get it together BK..Learn how to charge the proper amount and learn how to give the proper change back…
