LOVE This Place!. Living in such a small city, there’s not many restaurants to chose from. However, good thing there’s Fresh Catch Bistreaux! First off, the servers are VERY friendly and since its’s such a small restaurant, they actually take the time to care for their tables unlike that of Outback or Texas Roadhouse where you have to flag down someone who isn’t even your server. Second, the food was amazing and all for a reasonable price! I ordered the 16oz ribeye and it was cooked perfectly and very juicy. The steamed broccoli was also great. My wife had the eggplant napoleon and I highly recommend you try this! Their homemade blackened crawfish sauce is unlike nothing I’ve had and compliments the fried eggplant amazingly. My daughter had the shrimp poboy and you definitely get your moneys worth because it is huge! The atmosphere of the restaurant is very New Orleans and nautical themed and very different from any other place you can eat at. My family and I will definitely be go back soon!
Nothing Fresh About This Place. Nothing to bragg about. The service is awful and there is nothing fresh to the food at all. The place is being ran by a bunch of kids. The staff is not professional at all. I highly recommend you take your business to another restaurant in the area. If you are visiting the area, I would highly recommend the Red River Grill.
No thanks. They have a really good steak. Unfortunately they dont give chips or bread or anything while you wait for your food. It is also expensive for the quality. How much would it really cost them to give you a basket of rolls with some garlic butter? come on guys. I sit in fresh catch and day dream about what the people at logans are eating. mmmmm…hot fresh rolls.
Not great. Food was not that good. Also they add gratuity to the ticket if its a party over 5, which I don’t have a problem with except that we took our 3 kids with us to eat, and the waitress counted our children, which are 2-3-&5. So they added a 17% gratuity, and the food was definitely not worth it. Steak was not tender, and over-cooked. Crawfish were bland. They don’t serve free bread or anything like that. You could drive 35 min away to Texas Roadhouse and get twice the food for much cheaper, and the dang steak would be cooked correctly.
Need to work on how to cook food special was cold & undercooked grits
The patio is nice, restaurant has a nice historic appeal to it, the pricing fair, and service just right. A good place to go if your in town for the paragon resort.
I didn’t enjoy this place at all. I figured a restraunt that had the word fresh in it would actually use fresh ingredients but that’s not the case here. The gumbo has hardly and seafood in it at alland what shrimp was in it is farm raised frozen. My friend had sphagetti it just had prego for sauce and burnt frozen meat balls. It was sad the place looks great on the inside good service very friendly the food just doesn’t match the sign or the price of it.
