Patron. Experience at Metairie,La. on 1/21/15, Lunch, BrittneyRestaurant was not crowded. My friend ordered Salmon 4/5 cut regular price and I wanted scallops & shrimp server said not available. I asked for manager he never came our server came back and said it would be ok to order. Toward the end we orderedcoffee my friend wanted regular and I wanted decaf. My friends coffee was served, sugar given only when asked and I had to askfor spoons which were put in the middle of the table (not on each side with a napkin) The server said my coffee was still perking.My question is don’t your restaurant have more than on coffee pot?? Then my friend had a $20.00 gift certificate and she told theserver to keep the change upon her return she explained the remainder would be a credit. My friend then gave her a cash tip.This whole incendent is out of character since your food is a little pricey. Needless to say my friend will no longer by gift certificates or any of her extended family as well as mine. Food was OK but . . .. Appetizer came with entree after long delay.Fish dish came with seasonal vegetable plus one of our choice but no choice was offered and seasonal vegetable was a tea spoon cous cous.Ordered coffee and pie and it took forever, finally got coffee but drank it while waiting for pie, finally got pie and asked for warm coffee but new cup was not hot.Then had to wait for check.
All i can say is terrible. Management treated us like children. Appetisers were ok. Filet was like my shoe, only tougher. Manager on duty was an idiot. Ive eaten all over New Orleans and this was the worst… Sorry bonefish. No return for me or the other nine peeps that were with us. I suspect it wont last long.
HORRIBLE WAITER AND SERVICE. My family and I dined here and I was so disappointed with our waiter. She was disrespectful, rude, inconsiderate and sarcastic. She asked us to show our I.d. then brought our drinks, talked to the manager then had the manager come berate me for not having my I.d. On me. My question is why even bring the drinks and charge us if he was going to come over and berate us. ? Inconsiderate and horrible service. MY FAMILY AND I WILL NOT BE BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Irritating. Drove here just for the Tuesday menu, the place is always good but things like this irritate me. We ordered the drinks and we’re told they only make them on Sunday. 30 minutes in and we still have no drinks. Bad experience…
