I should have known better the second I walked in on a Saturday night and the place was nearly empty. The staff was reasonably friendly, but the waitress seemed to have issues with filling up our drinks. The food was just terrible (chicken was rubbery and gamey – obviously was re-heated, likely microwaved and the pasta tasted like a boxed Lean Cuisine), and waaaay overpriced for the quality. I have no qualms with spending money on good food, but this definitely wasn’t worth it.I gave it a 1.5 because we were seated quickly and the interior was immaculate.

Been going to this restaurant for many years last night was the first night I was ever disappointed. Order the tilapia with crab stuffing on top came out burnt on the bottom and way over spiced on the top to cover up the burnt fish. Disappointed in my meal.
Last minute decision – loved our waiter, Reggie, the menu- the food! Love their kids menu- salmon for my girls!
Late night. Stopped at the only place we found open and the bar bites flatbread was large and tasty, good job!
Nice. Good food with fast, friendly service. The manicotti was good with a nice spicy bite to it. The Mac and cheese was different in a good way. More of an Alfredo type of cheese sauce with fresh pasta. I would go back again the next time I’m near the Lakeside Mall.
Love this place! My husband and I come here because of the great Italian food and FANTASTIC service. The best bartender is Herman. And we always request Andrew as our server. They make dining at Bravo an experience! We will come back every week for steak, lasagna and a few laughs.
