The food was horrible, and I dont know why we waited for 35 minutes for a drink refill when it was practically empty and there was staff hanging out and on their phones. When I tried to ask someone about our server, he said not my section dude. Sigh.
Waiter was not trained at all, had no idea what was going on, and seemed very likely to be heavily under the influence of marijauna… Brought out buffalo chicken tenders with no sauce on them and a side off buffalo flavored powder. Requested silver ware and one water and one Sierra mist 4 times before receiving them. Water dripping from the ceiling air vent onto our table also. It got to the point where the overall service and restaurent was so bad that it was comical and funny

Microwaved Food!. Everything is microwaved!the wings,sauces, sliders….yet they charge like a higher end place.Management is a complete joke,they DO NOT care if youre not happy!
Worst Service Ever!!!. I have probably read 100s of reviews for restaurants, but I have never written one. Today’s experience at this place compels me to write one. We get there 30 minutes ahead of time (10:30 AM) to be able to get a seat for the US-Germany Soccer game, we finally get seated at 10.59 AM, and it then takes the server 10 minutes to get us drinks, and another 40 to get our appetizer, which is stale. The actual lunch order doesn’t arrive till the end of the game at 1 PM. Meanwhile another Buffalo wild wings in elmwood is giving people free entrees for delay of service. These guys force us to pay for drinks before even getting our order. Then they bring badly dressed wings, and incorrect orders for half the table, and after begging 4-5 times for the check to get out of their soon (since we have spent 3 hours over here already), the server lolly-gags with his mates near the kitchen and runs in when he sees me approach him. The manager has people circle the one person in our group that is willing to pay up without fuss and says that if he does not pay up, she will call the cops on us. The server tells my friend to not test his patience!!!! Borderline Racism!!!WTF!!!! – Absolutely no way am I going there again, ever
Good service. Waitress was easily the most attentive in the building. young girl short blonde hair. wish I remembered her name. Every other member of ye wait staff seemed uninterested and she was flying around to multiple tables. She even took the time to play with my daughter, which was good while I was trying to finish eating. food is good…. The waitstaff is iffy.
Service wasn’t great. Hooters beats it by miles as far as chicken too.
