Rip Off, Awful, BAD service. They ripped us off, the food was awful and the service and management were horrible!We ordered pick up on Sunday at the Metairie Road location. The server did not give my daughter the change. He stated he didn’t have it. She returned home and I was very concerned that she was overcharged and not given the change. According to the online menu it should have been 45.50, yet they took 60.00 in payment!I immediately called and talked to the guy who apologized but stated he just didnt have the cash to give her and that he was sorry but the online menu had different prices than what he was charging. I told him that didnt seem fair and he agreed.I asked how we could make it right and he said he didnt know, that the manager couldnt be reached, even by cell phone and would be available after 5:45.I was very upset at this point as we felt as if my daughter was taken advantage of. I told him we would return the food and get all our money back then, with the exception of two items my children had eaten while I was on the phone. He said that would be fine.I called my husband who came home to take care of it and he went to take the food back a little after 6:pm. The manager, Lisa Labit, refused to refund the money, refused to honor the difference for the menu costs!I am very angry as we returned the food, with the exception of 13.50 in appetizers my children had started eating while I was on the phone trying to clear it up.yet she refused to refund the rest of the items as agreed. So we ended up paying MORE than agreed to according to the online menu, for a dinner we didn’t even eat! We didnt eat it because we were taken advantage of and the server agreed that we could return it when the manager came in for a refund.. yet they refused! This seems REALLY messed up to me! First they took the extra money, refused to give the change, then overcharged, then said they didnt know the difference between what they charged and what the online menu said, then that they couldnt do anything until after the manager arrived, shortly after the manager arrived, when my husband brought back the food, they refused the refund! So we didnt eat and ended up out of 60.00!! AND the food we did taste was PRETTY AWFUL! Obviously they need to change the website, not only the menu, but the part that talks about how much they value their customers.We would like a refund for the two entrees and the falafel plate. And I dont appreciate them charging us 60.00 for a meal that says it was only 45.00 and the several trips and phone calls out there. The customer service was awful and I dont believe they didnt have the change like they told my daughter when she picked it up!This is absurd and we expect a resolution right away or will take additional steps.
Nice Family Restaurant. Kids and All. But, can lay no legitimate claim to Mediterranean food. Typical chain food restaurant. Try a small family Tunisian restaurant instead . When I asked for cofffee, the waiter he said we have Community.
Food is over priced and had no taste. Service was good.

Out on the town. Great place to go for a quick lunch or to sit, chat and enjoy a few great appetizers. I will go back.
We love Mediterranean food and byblos uptown but this location was subpar. It was really cramped and the gyro meat was soggy and nasty!
Must like lamb. NOT FOR ME – NO GOATS!
