The Byblos is a good Arabic restaurant, food is done well, service is ok. I’m Lebonese and know the food, they do it OK, I think Mona’s is better, but this is close, and a much better environment. Kibbeh is done well, salads are bountiful and done right. Wish they served more bread, ran out too quickly, and you must eat this food with the bread, had to wait too long to get more. Overall, Byblos is a good Arabic experience.
Really good spot to eat at, I highly recommend it to people who are like me and have large families and/or are have huge parties of people with them because the staff is always happy to accommodate us. The combination shawarma never disappoints and the meat is always cooked tenderly and seasoned well. The best thing about Byblo’s is actually the never-ending pita bread and olive oil spread they bring to the table free of charge! I also really enjoy the baklava because it is minty and crispy and filled with this delicious pistachio flavor. My mom and my little sisters all swear by the yummy gyro nachos they serve there as well. Overall, I would suggest this place to anyone who’s new to Greek/Mediterranean cuisine.

The manager of the house, Miss Lisa, was kind enough to come over and introduce herself and she was fantastic. She was so nice and so sweet. The kabobs are great. Everything is a joy here. I will be back!
