Asked a friend for a recommendation for a good, quick breakfast near Lakeside Mall. Good choice with Caffe! Caffe! Had a croissant with eggs, ham and cheese. The eggs were so tasty, scrambled with little green peppers. Croissant was light and fluffy. I would have tried some cake if it wasnt 8:30 am. Super friendly staff as well.

Nice spacious cafe. The orders are placed at the counter. I ordered the shrimp salad sandwich. It tasted very refreshing perfect for a hot August day. My perennial complaint…eclairs…why did confectioners everywhere got lazy and they don’t make their own creme patiserier. Even in Paris I had a fake cream eclair. Overall I liked the place and I m sure I will be going there often for lunch during workdays.
Great coffee. If you are a coffee lover this is the place to go, not to mention they have good food too
Good addition to Metairie CBD. A cleaner, faster paced atmosphere than the original on Clearview/W Esplanade, but the salads and sandwiches are equally good. Shorter hours.
