  Laughable That This Place Is Still In Business. We just moved to Metairie from Lafayette. We love Chili’s in Lafayette, LA, but was pleasantly surprised to find the total opposite for this restaurant. We first sat down, and was given and 10 minute lecture on how the touch-screen ordering works. No offense, but if I have to tip, I would rather a person wait on me. 20 minutes later our waitress finally comes over, and we start with 2 beers and the spinach and artichoke dip. 20 minutes later, we finally receive our beer, and was told that the artichoke dip was coming. 30 minutes later, out comes the dip. The chips were so stale, that we asked for fresh ones. 20 minutes later we got our chips. 5 minutes later, out comes the food………..LOL. I have had raw broccoli that was softer than what was served. It was also very salty, and you could see the salt on the sides of the plate. Hello…….mechanical heart, so I am to have no salt. We never got refills, or was offered any. Thank God, I ordered a glass of water with my beer. 45 minutes later, our waitress returns, and asked how the food was. At this point, we were just ready to go. Chips were spilled on the floor, and instead of sweeping them up, the staff just kept walking over them. I thought I was at another restaurant…….you know…….the one that you throw your peanut hulls on the floor………… 2 1/2 hours, of wasted time, with poor service to boot. Stay Away, Stay Very Far Away!!!

  They brought out my broccoli burned, but cold. I don’t know how that happens. I’m not sure if they give refills because we couldn’t manage to get any of our drinks refilled.
