I came to eat and that is what I did. Walked in unexpectedly due to a change of plans….If you like food, this is a great place to try. I haven’t got a chance to try a lot of his menu, but I did try one or two of his weekly specials. Let’s just say they renewed my faith in a lot of the cuisine I’ve found around Metairie. His food has got a savory, different taste that will make you pleased you said no to the corporate madness.

Cubans sandwich was very good.Churros’ own hot sauce was just the right amount of hot!Tres Leches cake cooled things off. Very enjoyable!

IT TURNED INTO CUBAN BELL. I know awesome Cuban when cooked right, nothing like it anywhere. It used to be good before Katrina, but not now at all, the cooks are not Cuban. The black beans tasted like out of a can. Please do not to Cuban food, what Taco Bell does to Mexican food

Friendly staff, amazing food, and pretty much everything you could want from a restaurant. The Lechon Asado was a huge hit with my family. Obviously the churros are excellent, but the tres leches is equally good. I highly recommend stopping by.

Authentic, delicious Cuban food.. I lived in Orlando for 7 years and had my share of really good Cuban food from local restaurants and also Miami. Churros has been my favorite for many years. The Cuban and Media Noche are awesome. Best I’ve ever had. If you live in the Metairie area try this place. You’ll add it to your lunch rotation quickly. Get a side of sweet plantains. Great stuff.

What a find!!!. I have heard about this gem for years and finally was in the neighborhood. the place, including the restrooms, is spotless. my wife and i both had the cuban sandwichand a drink. the sandwich was a meal by itself. theowner was running the register and a couple of ladies in the kitchen. all busy and friendly. as a point of interest they do a very large take out business, we will exploremore of the menu soon. you can’t go wrong here.
