Been to the counter waiting for service during peak lunch time, on SEVERAL occasions, and there was no one there! Not just poor service..,, no service. Wow!
I don’t know what Fairchilds yall went to but everytime I have gone the girls AND THE MANAGER have been beyond nice and friendly. For the first lady, can you imagine how many times that sort of situation may occur?? As it sounds, that might have been your fault misunderstanding your daughter, not there’s…..so keep that into consideration. And for the 2nd lady, if you had any common courtesy you wouldn’t go to a place of business ONE minute before they close. I’m pretty sure if one was to come to your work ONE minute before you close, you would get agitated as well. It’s pretty pathetic to bad mouth this business over one experience there. I take my daughters there everytime we are that the mall and they, as well as I, absolutely adore the girls working there. So for anyone who has not been to Fairchilds, do not base your knowledge off the stupidity of these 2 ladies because the place is great for you and your children and has a family fun filled atmosphere.
