Went in and ordered the Aussie Burger. The employee said it was the signature Lotto Burger with Egg, Bacon and Cheddar added to it… Amazing! And the server was great. He kept checking on me even though it was fairly busy and kept my frozen mug of root beer full. I will certainly go back and will have to save room for a root beer float or a sundae next time 🙂
Family Place. Lot-o-Burger and Chili Dogs were very good. Lots of food, good service. Place is very clean, good music, everyone had a great time.
Horrible burger. OMG DO NOT order a burger. They have a huge menu but it is all trash….ordered a burger and fries….burger was a frozen meat pattie and the fries were fried in old grease REALLY
I’m not sure why this place has so many negative reviews. I went to Frostop yesterday with my husband to grab a quick lunch. We both decided on a burger and fries, and they were amazing! Everything was hot, our food came out fairly quickly, and our server was prompt. No complaints here. 🙂
What a fun, cute place! Loved the root beer! Hamburgers were freshly made and fries were nice and crisp. We had a great server (we weren’t even expecting any kind of service, as we thought it was fast food, but he was super!). Milkshakes were good. Overall, a very Enjoyable experience!
All Hype-Clearview Frostop. Once you get over your initial thrill of a burger and chocolate malt from back in the day, it’s a big disappointment each time. Burgers are always cold. Who puts cheese on the bottom of a burger anyway? Fried foods always taste burnt although not. Fried shrimp are rubbery. Onion rings, don’t even bother, all batter. Employees were apparently never fully or properly trained and are very loudly reprimanded over and over again in front of customers by manager and owner, very distracting to other employees and customers. Owner runs around celebrating a good night obviously drinking, micromanaging, causing chaos for employees trying to do job while extremely busy, and holding court as another reviewer mentioned. Place isn’t organized so servers have to run around too much to get napkins, flatware, ketchup, etc. Not even equipped with one ketchup bottle per table. Customers have to wait for unknown ketchup source to secretly fill plastic squeeze bottle. Prices are WAY too much for frozen-NOT FRESH-burgers and other menu items. Salads are made with SHREDDED iceberg lettuce. Customers are paying for fancy store design and location, not food value. Bad planning and organization and management make for poor employee morale, customer service and causes loss of business as much as overpriced and poor meal value. Other Frostops have better value and quality.
It’s not a typical sit down place. You order at the counter, they make the food fresh so they bring it to your table. Hamburgers are good, fresh meat and they are large. Kids burgers are also very large, their meal is a great deal. The fried pickles are good, not too breaded. It’s not a hefty portion. The onion rings are very heavily breaded, this was not good. It was busy and there was a very long wait for the dessert area.
