I wish I could share in the enthusiasm of some of the other reviewers. Maybe if our server had been more enthusiastic and friendly the average meal we had tonight would have seemed better. I will admit, the onion rings where delicious. Really large and very crispy. But, neither my friend nor myself were impressed with our entrees. I had chicken fettuccine and my friend had the grilled shrimp with veggies. We also both had a small side salad. My fettuccini was swimming in oil. The chicken breast were small, but actually grilled well with a good flavor. And while I didnt expect much from a side salad, this was iceberg lettuce and tomatoes. No cucumbers? Maybe a crouton or two? Little bit of red onion? Nope. My fiend asked for balsamic vinaigrette. What was in this salad, I have no idea. It looked like gravy- very thick. The shrimp were small, and the veggies had no flavor. They looked like something that was thrown in a microwave and heated up. Back to the service. Im not sure that rude is the right word, but he certainly didnt seem to want to be there. Just uninterested. No personality. At the end of the meal, I tried to ask for the bill to be split and about the dessert offering. But, he turned away without acknowledging us. We very much felt he was ready for his shift to be over and for us to leave. I really wanted to fall in love with Giorlandos, but Im in no hurry to return.
