There is a very ugly white woman who identified herself as the OWNER who was very defensive when I tried to explain that I had problems in the past with my order being overcooked. She told me she didn’t give a F*CK if I complain gave me my money back and called me a B*tch. All this while she is training NEW STAFF. This is why there is poor respect for customers, because there is poor leadership……Terrible restaurant!!!!!! they are destined to fell under this owner….DO NOT EAT THERE!!!!
Don’t Go There!!! Airline Highway Location in Metairie. Over $8 for a hamburger, fries and a drink but don’t know if the hamburger was any good because it was mostly mustard. Had to throw away half. Absolutely disgusting to put that much mustard and ketchup on a sandwich of any kind. I bet the folks making it wouldn’t make theirs that way.

Onions rings are overrated. When I heard homemade I was excited but the ones I received were burnt and more crust than onion. The burgers are pricey but the taste is great
Onion rings!. I love their homemade onion rings, the best, also they have really good burgers that taste fresh and simple.Pros: Fresh, hand-formed hamburgers, made to order, good location. Cons: Gets price once you add onion rings/fries and drink, but worth it.
