I record a podcast with some friends from New Orleans (I live in Houston). When I’m in town, we always grab a bite after our recording session. Tonight we ran late and our dining options were limited. So, we decided to try out Little Tokyo since they are open late. Both of my friend ordered a few rolls. We had edamame (regular and spicy) and another friend had hibachi. I stepped out of my comfort zone a little and tried the ramen. Also a few sides of hibachi rice. Everyone really enjoyed their meal and left satisfied. Potions were good, especially the rolls which were very large. The restaurant itself is kinda fun and quirky with lots of Pokemon and Mario Brothers art and sculptures. Cool music and friendly staff. Overall, not the best sushi I’ve had in NO, but still a solid choice.
We’ve been here a few times & have tried different things each time. We like the atmosphere, there’s cool artwork on the walls, service is fast, the food is very good & reasonable priced. We will probably go there again & recommend it to friends. Sammy D.
