Mandarin express Lakeside shopping center Every time me and my son go shopping at the shopping center We cannot wait to eat There I usually never have problems And the food is usually very good But today I ate there and I had a piece of wire inside of my food It went into my gums and me bleeding And when I try to explain to them and show them Woodhead happen They just give me the runaround And said no manager on duty And they did not have a phone number which I thought was kind of strange So about writing this message I hope someone will contact me From the main office
Left in tears. I went to Mandarin Express this afternoon during the Irish-Italian parade. I patiently waited in line for my turn and a lady asked me what I wanted to drink. I told her I did not want a drink, just food. She went on down the line trying to get the next customer’s drink. Another woman came to help me so I tried to order. She told me I needed to go to the end of the line, which was then at least ten people long. I had just waited in line for my food and the other people came after me. The lady was extremely rude in the way she was talking to me and said I cut the line when I had just waited in line. I left in tears because I was so embarrassed because I did not do anything wrong. I will never go back to eat there nor recommend it based on the way I was treated by that lady.
