This Place is Scary Bad. Ok, where do I begin. Let me just list the Pros and Cons:Pros:– NoneCons– The level of dirt is amazing. Who inspects these places? All floors in this place creak with sticky whatever all over them. The chairs are cloth topped with a hazy gray finish to them (I couldn’t tell you if they have ever been cleaned). The bathroom has a mop bucket and trash pile right in the front corner. The bathroom floors have the same stickiness on the floors.– Part of the filth, the ice cream machine had slop hanging out of it and laying under the valve, that was not the same color as the ice cream people were swirling out of it.– Nobody speaks English (workers or customers), but most of it is not Chinese. Not a big deal, but it was odd.– The customers all stare at each at other across tables without smiling. It was really bizarre.– You pay up front, as typical for high crime areas. However, I don’t believe this is a high crime area. I’m not sure.– There are signs on the front door as you walk in ordering you not to waste food. Unfortunately, in some of our cases, we simply had to. Half of the food was really bad.– Like many cheap buffets, it had chandeliers and lights that were either partially burnt out or broken, and nothing matched anything. I personally don’t really care about that, but it just shows that they don’t care or don’t know. I wonder what other stuff they don’t care about?
Worst place i have ever eaten at. I frequently visit Chinese buffets alot. While here I had to wait for my table to be cleaned, crawfish was salty, drinks need to be refilled and more napkins why? Because half the staff sat at tables eating there dinner at 9pm an hour before closing. They were out of snow crabs a popular seafood in Louisiana an didn’t post a sign saying no longer serving them. Nor at the time of dining was it mentioned a waste of money no consideration for customers. I should’ve followed my 1st mind an stayed at East Buffet choose here cause it had been since hurricane katrina that i last dined NOW I KNOW WHY! Never Again u can believe that.
