Hands Down The Best. This place is worth all of the hype. There’s a reason people stand in line for hours in the freezing cold first thing on a Saturday morning to get a Manny Randazzo’s kind cake. My husband did not believe me until he tried one for himself. If you love a lot of icing and a fresh moist kind cake this is your place!

Not the best king cake. But pretty damn close. If you’re going during the season, expect long waits, so I recommend getting there early, as in 5:30 AM early when a line already begins to form.
Best King Cakes. I live in Mississippi and travel to Manny’s every year for my King Cake fix. I have literally had King Cake from just about every place in NOLA (including Haydel’s) and nothing beats a Manny cake!
SUPPORT Our Soldiers…OR NOT???. I cannot believe the attitude that MANNY RANDAZZO’s has toward our Soldiers. They absolutely refuse to ship to an APO address to get a king cake to a soldier at war for our country. I am a long time resident of New Orleans, but had to relocate to keep my employment. I do not have the ability to pick up a king cake and move it to the Post Office. I have agreed to take all responsibility for the cake since it may take several additional days to reach Iraq. My son loves Mardi Gras and would like a king cake from home. I would suggest that anyone who supports our United States Military and our sons and daughters overseas not support MANNY RANDAZZO’S.
The best king cake I have ever had in my life! It is so soft and melts in your mouth! The other Randazzos are nothing compared to this one.
Regal pastry. As I was out of town, I ordered this package through the website and had it shipped. It was easy to order online. The king cake arrived on time and I had a fun time sharing it, especially since it came with cups and beads. It tasted wonderful and I savoured every last sugary element. As chance would have it, my slice did not contain the baby.Returnability rating : 4 boomerangs
