recently visited mr eds on st charles. not my style at all. gumbo marginal charbroiled oysters marginal and truthfully the interior lends itself to video poker and cigarettes. maybe visit during mardis gras if a bathroom and cold beer are needed but other than that stay on the trolley and keep on going.
I had a party of seven on a Friday night at the Kenner restaurant. The waitress made us fell like we were in a rush the way she took our order and brought our dinner and drinks. The gumbo was just okay my shrimp dinner special with shrimp and chicken were both overcooked. The salad looked like we had received half the salad it was so small. When the two waitresses delivered our dinner they put a dirty plate looked like it was used, when I inquired what this plate was for they realized they placed a dirty plate at our table. Not happy with the overall experience and food quality and quanity or price. Cost 175.00 for this dinner. I have been to this restaurant many times but the last few experiences have not been pleasant.
