Fishy orange chicken. I used the drive-thru and ordered the orange chicken, which is supposed to be a popular signature dish. All I can say it that it had a fishy taste, and got thrown in the garbage.
Overcooked whatever it was. Uhg.
Simply put, the food here isn’t very good. Bland, beige foodstuffs dominate the offerings, nothing exceptional, but a few awful items. If you must come, avoid the chicken egg rolls at all cost. Wouldn’t come back, wouldn’t recommend.
Food is great, place is clean, employees are friendly. One of my favorite spots.
Love. Tbh I think it’s great. Yeah it taste like average American or mall Chinese but I enjoy that. Also idk about other ppl but I think they give you huge portions. I am satisfied every time I go. I LOVE PANDA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Awesome Place.. First off, I do not understand why all the negatives about this place as well. The food is like all cheap american chinese food. But It has a drive thru, Which means a lot too me. If you compare it too egg roll house. It will blow you away, egg roll house taste like dog food. I have tried it three times. The portions are very fare. The better deal is the 3 entree meal for 7.29. I like the bejing beef the best. (Its like little fried steak in a almost general tso like sauce. Yes, Sometimes the chow mein noodles are a little dry. It happened one time out of 5 visits. But It beats having to have dull fried rice everytime. That for me is a plus. In conclusion, I rate panda express on the upper end of cheap take out places. You cannot compare this place to a nice sit down resturant. Maybe thats why the bad reviews. (IE: Try comparing a phils grill burger to a mcdonalds quarter pounder.)
This place is great for Chinese fast food (okay, I know it’s not real Chinese.). Panda Express is exactly what I expect for what i pay. The vast majority of negative reviews are likely from other Chinese restaurant owners–I’m not stupid and I know the dirty games people play. Theres a ton of them in this city and they can’t be happy about competition. I also dont understand why people are complaining about paying nine dollars for a three entree plate, nor do I comprehend the complaints about the portion sizes. I purchase the two entree plate, and I always have enough for two meals if I don’t pig out and actually eat reasonable portions (hard to do sometimes.). I like this place because it is consistent, and it is likely cleaner than every other filthy Chinese restaurant I have eaten at.
