Very disappointing; this is the worst Chinese takeout I’ve had in a long time! Delivery took 50 minutes and SOOOO not worth the wait. Wish I could get my money back. Should have stuck with my normal place. Don’t waste your money.
Really 3hrs!!. I ordered my food for delivery and it was easy enough so i thought….nope waited two hours to recieve some of our food (after multiple calls) then opened the bag missing rice….RICE!!! Called back again….waited .5 hrs….no delivery called yet again and the person laughs at me saying ok ok we sorry it coming….very unprofessional and will not order again. First and last time.Food was ok but definitely not worth waiting 3hrs for.
Wont be in buisness long. Placed an order online and received a confirmation email. Was excited about Chinese delivery in old metairie. After waiting an hour I finally called to check on the order. I tried explaining to the lady that I had already ordered but she didn’t understand. After being passed around to 3 other people, I was sure that the English speaking employee would help me. She told me I shouldn’t trust the online ordering system.
It’s ok. Typical Chinese take-out fare. I don’t find Panda House to be as good other Chinese take-out places. I was a little disappointed by the nothing-but-cabbage egg roll and the super-plain fried rice served with the combination dinner plates. On the plus side, it is easy to get to (on Airline Drive, between Rouses and McAlister’s Deli), the cashier was nice and the food came out quickly. It’s an ok place.
