Been 2 times. Each time the order was wrong and the last time I asked for a pastry. Driest thing ever. I love PANERA but this location is the worst ever.
I had a great everything bagel with cream cheese and a hot chai tea latte. The young lady taking my order was quite rude. I requested upon ordering that my bagel not be toasted. She then preceded to ask me two more times if I wanted it toasted. I politely declined both times. I guess she doesn’t normally see construction workers in a hi-vis yellow shirt ordering a cha tea latte and a bagel very often. I must have been the only person with a job in the entire restaurant so I stood out a bit. Love Panera. Not impressed with the service at this location.
Please reconsider redesigning this location. Food pickup / drink station / plate drop off in the same location does not indicate good foresight.
Panera is WAY over priced for what you get, especially for the kids meals! I ordered my kids a grilled cheese sandwich meal but all it was was half a sandwich with one slice of melted cheese and a Go-Gurt yogurt for $4.09. I can get a full sandwich, chips, cookie and small drink at another popular chain sandwich shop (Baggins) for $4.99. And my husbands 1/2 grilled cheese and soup wasn’t ant better! I could have made this exact same meal at home for way cheaper! We expected more from this place!!!!
Loved it.. Great soups salads and atmosphere.
Go to McAllister’s instead.
Overpriced, Dowdy, Many Better Local Options. My husband and I have been here a couple of times, each time hoping it would be better. At our most recent visit, my husband order a steak and cheese sandwich with a tea. The sandwich was TINY and total cost was $10.00! You can get a footlong, house roasted beef po-boy at the best places in the QUARTER for this price. Total rip off. I got the large cobb salad which for some reason had italian dressing on it. I paid extra for avocado and received two tiny wedges. The dressing tasted like it had been watered down before being put on the salad. The whole thing was just flavorless and soggy. Total our meal was right around $24.00. Crazy…Not to mention you would think that after paying that much that the restaurant would pay a little more for Coke products instead of Pepsi, or at least on their interior which is dated looking and poorly designed. The carpet was a poor choice to say the least. All in all, we won’t be going back…ever. To top off the whole ordeal, customer service has been severely lacking every time we go. This past time, we were served by a girl with long brown hair on Sunday at lunch and let’s just say that I felt like a speck of dirt on the bottom of her shoe. Save your money and spend it at local restaurants for higher quality food. Giolando’s, Fausto’s, Puccino’s, and Reginelli’s are some local Italian favorites with great food. This restaurant just can’t hold up to the culinary finesse of the New Orleans are, and I doubt the owner is a local.
