Employees are extremely rude and miserable which is unfortunate because I enjoy coming here until dealing with them. This goes for the location off of west esplande by clearview as well. I’m not one to write a horrible review but it’s very convenient for me to stop in and eat and I love the food options but it’s ashame that this seems to be the outcome everytime. I hope this can be resolved because they may eventually run off buisness. I will say the people who prepare the food are very nice and always pleasant. At least they have those two things going for them.
Kim. Extremely rude cashier who had a foreign accent making it hard to understand her. Also there is a raised area where the booths are. I did not see the step down. I missed the step…but kept myself from falling.
AWFUL. Rude service & nasty food. My omelet was their special that morning and had ham in it… When I got my burnt omelet, it had lunch meat ham in it. Coffee is just okay. Pancakes are crumbly and not sweet and served with Smuckers syrup. Lady at counter was so rude. I’ll never go back. Any chain restaurant breakfast would be better than this place.
Awful breakfast.. Like the coffee. Breakfast was inedible. Returned it. Poor management.
Coffee with A Little Something Extra. Stopped into Puccino’s Coffeehouse one cool night to get a drink to warm-up and catch-up. Their drink menu is pretty similar to other coffee places with the exception of the alcohol that can be put into your beverage. After a little time my husband ordered an Irish coffee (coffee with Bailey’s Irish Cream, Jameson Irish Whiskey, brown sugar, and cream) while I had caramel macchiato. The drinks were good but the Eastern European women who were working were not the most friendly.
Delicious specialty coffees. Horrible plain hot coffee.. I purchased a plain hot coffee today around 10am. I’ve had most of their specialty coffees, and all have been delicious. So I expected excellent hot coffee too. It was awful. It tasted old and weak. This isn’t the first time I’ve been disappointed by Puccinos. The food seems to be hit or miss. Like maybe the cooks sometimes don’t know what they’re doing.I know that on my next visit to eat elsewhere beforehand and only order the frozen Puccino.
Left very unsatisfied. Metairie road location is not nearly as good as others. portion size very small. potato soup was like eating mashed potatoes. kitchen staff seemed like they were operating in the dark. prices have risen and quality has gone down.
