Rude and Horrible Customer Service. Puccino’s no longer offers friendly or enthusiastic service that it once offered with Will, Brittany, and a few others. The change in staff over recent years has discouraged some of their most loyal patrons from their daily ritual. While the frozen Puccino will forever be my favorite drink, I will no longer ignore this bad customer service that awaits me when Olga or Polina are behind the counter. Instead, I will be taking my business to another establishment.
Oh my I had the most wonderful Nectar Cream Soda, not only was it delicious but also easy on the eyes, they also have Mango, Vanilla, Chocolate, Bubblegum, and Raspberry And their top with low-fat whipped cream. The service was great too, the barista’s really cater to your every need. We also had some lunch, it was great. I highly recommend puccinos.
Love puccinos. I love every thing about Puccino’s from the food and drinks to how clean and nice they keep it looking. The people who work there are all so different I think they are all great and hard working. The guys in the kitchen always are making such bueatiful food and it taste so fresh. The coffee is the best I have had and is always so hot and never does it taste burnt like some other places.
HORRIBLE!! Heres my story: ok so im really in this good mood until i step foot in POOcinnos i told the cashier that i wanted a frappe and she goes o im sorry we are out of ingedients to make the frappe so i said ok and came back in the next day a different cashier is there and i say can i have a frappe she says sure and i said wow u got new ingredients today and she goes ma’am um we never ran out of ingredients… Im like are you kiddin so now i hate that store for as long as i live
Service and prices at Puccino’s. When someone goes into a place to spend money(customer) and they request just a little ice in the fresh squeezed OJ, they should not get a full cup of ice. A smile and thank you should be expected once in a while too! Especially considering the prices.
Vets puccino’s. I’m from italy and recently moved to new orleans to finish my education and i stumbled upon puccino’s. let me tell you that it reminds me of home 100%. The espresso is the best i ever had. it reminds me of this italian cafe located in my hometown of gallipoli. the cafe faces the gulf of taranto. beautiful. if you want the ultimate italian exp. then i recommend puccino’s.
