Service was slow and lacking. They were out of dishes we attempted to order. The food was just down right horrible and tasted like boxed food. Not worth coming here with so many options around. I know I wouldn’t have, had I not had a gift card. chewclue.blogspot.com
So my baby takes me out to my favorite place for my fave food, Red Lobster crab cakes. We were seated swiftly (pro), but it was empty, so. :/ We were accompanied by 5 other tables in our area (possibly the entire restaurant). There was one waiter helping EVERY table. Granted it’s almost closing time. When ordering we were informed that crab cakes were taken off the menu! What?!?!?! NO CRAB CAKES?!?!?!?! What am I supposed to order? I am officially boycotting this Red Lobster and any others that decided to take crab cakes off the menu. [Back to the review] We waited a very long time for food, drinks, service period! We waited over an hour for our first order of biscuits. Our entrees came shortly after. We waited over 10 min. each time we needed drink refils. It really saddens me because I loved coming here and now I have no fave restaurant.
Out on the town. Honestly…. With all of the great seafood in this town…. WHY would you go to this place… Over priced, over cooked and tasteless. Save your money go to ACME or Dragos.
Not worth it. The amount of money you waste at this place does not match the quality whatsoever. you’re better off eating somewhere else because you’re most likely going to get something too dry, too salty, and/or overly seasoned. plus, service was horrible. i still cannot understand how they managed to mess up a simple caesar salad.
Bad Customer Service. We went to eat at Red Lobster last night, we go there almost every other week coz we like their food but the service is not good at all. Front desk lady was very friendly. server did not bring biscuits until we asked for it. Mess up with the order

This place suck!!! Nothing but out of state frozen food. The only thingthat was really good was the biscuits. The service was also very poor. Our serviced was very nice but very slow. Save your money or spend it somewhere else.
