Because of the price of the meals me and my family usually go on christmas or birthdays and special occasions but everytime i go im blown away the food is always on point just like the service have ro go check it out! (But beware of prices 😉 .)
Dissatisfied. Recently went to Ruth’s Chris for a dinner date with high expectations for the price of the meal. There weren’t many diners and it seemed as though we were invisible to the inattentive wait staff. After an inexcusably long waiting period between ordering and the delivery of each course, the food was also a let down. Our glasses sat empty on the table for fifteen minutes as at least a half dozen members of the weight staff walked by. It’s apparent that this once highly respected restaurant has gotten complacent when it comes to the passion of the wait staff and the chefs to deliver first class service and a high quality product. Needless to say, we will never go back.
