No kids menu, can’t order hibachi unless you’re at a hibachi table which were all filled and had a long wait time, sushi ingredients were pureed and was absolutely disgusting to the point Where I gagged trying to swallow it. I will never be back!
When you first enter you are greeted by Friendly, smiling, staff. The Sushi bar is clean and organized. The sushi chefs are creative and eager to impress. Best Toro in town hands down.
The sashimi here is very fresh. I admit it is a bit pricy, but it’s worth it. I have been frequenting this location for over 30 years….. Name changes and all. They have great hibachi, tempura & I LOVE the sake selections! Try the unfiltered sake in this picture or the box sake served in an oak box. Both are served cold. They also have the best Utah and crunchy rolls. For a special occasion consider getting a boat for the entire table. It has a little of everything….Yum!!!Service is good, but let’s not forget this isn’t fine dining. The food comes out of 3 different kitchens. This means sushi, tempura, & anything hibachi will hit your table at 3 different times. If you want hibachi rice; either sit on the hibachi side of the restaurant or be prepared to take it to go. Sounds obvious to me, but apparently pisses a lot of people off.
