Food was kind of blah. More like out the bag chicken and it was over priced for what we got.
Bad food/service. Dined here for lunch with my husband and 3 kids today. We ordered the gourmet burgers- nasty soy patty reminiscent of elementary school, cold cheese sticks, and a crab potato with more shell than crab. We never once complained about the food quality or lack of service although we should have. Once we received the bill for $64.00 I was shocked. We were charged a misc food charge for almost $9.00. Written beside it was 18%. Now don’t get me wrong I have never had a problem being charged gratuity because my tip is usually larger however this was not 18% and it was then taxed after added. I asked the waitress who stated that is just how the machine done it. I explained the calculation was not 18%. She changed it to 18% but it was still taxed. At this point I was just ready to leave. I paid with a credit card and realized this must be a scam to prevent waitresses form paying taxes on CC tips and overcharging. I have never been charged gratuity for 2 adults and 3 kids. Save your money and bathroom….Go to Burger King.
Horrible buttered mashed potatoes wedged in the middle of two potato skins on each side. Not a supper spud at all pretty damned skimpy withe the bacon bits and cheeses.
Not Friendly. After reading the reviews I thought I would give it a try. The service and attitude by the staff was not friendly at all. I hope they were just in a bad mood that day. After that incident, the food really did’nt matter.
Love it!. Love love love this place! The crab potato is my favorite love it and its loaded down with crab too! The cheese sauce is excellant. Nice big potatoes that are loaded down with yummy good stuff! I would definately recommend this place. It is a must try!
