Poor service. Went to TGI fridays 4 20pm 01/21/2015 . Restaurant was not even busy maybe 7 tables with customers . ordered drinks . Waitress returned with drinks took our oder . After waiting 25 to 35 minutes decided to leave . Manager ask what the problem was so we told her . She said let her check 2 minutes later we got our main course ( they didnt have our appetizers ready ) and even forgot part of main course . I will say management did the right thing gave us a pretty good discount on our bill . The food was excellent couldnt ask for better and we got our appetizers to go . .. the food was very good but service is very very very slow
WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!. My family and I went to Fridays for a bite to eat. We arrived there about 9:05 pm and were seated about 9:15pm. Once we sat dwn the waiter too our order about 9:25pm. We order two apps and 3 meals. WE WAITED an hour and 30 mins for a house salad. NOW MIND we ordered two appetizers. This was the WORST RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE EVERRRRRRRR. Horrible to be exact. I wouldn’t eat at this TGI Fridays everrrrr again!!!! 5 thumbs dwn. They are turning into Applebees. I will be calling the 1800 number bright and early Monday morning
Communication. I am not sure who, what, when, or where, but if you are out of something to me right the guest sit down you should alert them before taking there drink order to let me know if you’re out of any items. Just saying
It was my granddaughter’s 8th birthday, we told the waiter twice . They never did sing to her, she was very upset. Then the waiter got our check wrong and argued with my husband. I don’t think we will be dining there again!
Horrible experience!. My husband and I are celebrating our anniversary so we decide to stop in for a few appetizers and the location on Veterans Blvd. Wrong from the word go! We walk in and there are two employees at the hostess stand and not one of them acknowledge our presence. There are customers sitting around so apparently there is a wait, this is purely speculation because we were not able to confirm that being we were totally ignored. Three different couples walk in and they greeted with smiles and excitement and immediately seated, all while my husband and I are still seated at the door just looking. I proceed to walk up to the hostess stand and the young lady walks away. I will never be going there again. I felt totally disrespected! Is my money not green enough? I have sent an email to corporate which I’m not expecting anything to change, but I will be heard. Things like this should not be happening in this day and age.
