I was thrown a surprise birthday party on the back patio of Winston’s just recently. The party was very fun, and the patio atmosphere was nice. Unfortunately, that night, the Winston’s staff decided to charge us for 28 more people then were actually there that night. This was after they informed us on the day the contract was signed, and multiple times up until and on the night of the party, that we would only be charged per head of active party participants. I tried multiple times to see if Winston’s would honor the fact that we were overcharged by as much as $600, or if they would even meet us in the middle but to no avail. In addition to this, multiple people in our party had their own tabs totaling hundred of dollars. Needless to say, Winston’s completely screwed us over. It was an unfortunate ending to what could have been remembered as a great night.I would advise to not go to Winston’s unless everything you agree to is signed in your own blood. Who knows what they will charge you and what justification they will use to say that was your debt. Sad that we were treated so poorly in the end and that some businesses choose greed over integrity.

Fish and chips are excellent…….there is a difference between fish and chips and fried catfish with fries!!!!!fish and chips are WAY better,but hard to find in this city.they use cod and they batter it in a crispy thick batter,served with waffle fries.superb with an abita draft!!
