The Pig Sandwich. I’ve been here and had the pig sadwich on both occasions. It is DELICIOUS. I wasn’t sure how I would like it with the spicy sour crout on top but it compliments the pork perfectly. It also comes with a side (I got the mashed potatoes), although it’s a very small portion. Get the whole sandwich since it only is a dollar more (which comes out to like $5.50-6.50 or something). I just remembered I picked up a stuffed catfish fillet from here last year during lent. It was pretty good but not great.

New favorite……the Cormier’s Bowl. Jambalaya, red beans and rice, coleslaw and pulled pork all together…..with bolde shrimp (spicy!) and a bucket of beer……perfect. Only odd thing is Abita being listed as an imported beer….though that was local? Anyway, add in the live music sand jumpy castle for the kids, perfect Fridat night fun!

LOVE the spice. I love how Cormier’s double spices their crawfish. Their boiled shrimp is also delicious if you’re looking for a cheaper alternative. The only downside is the market prices for crawfish has gone up, but it’s worth it for special treat if you can spend roughly $20 on 5 lbs. It’s been wonderful to sit outside and eat with the weather so nice, so definitely hit up this place in March/April before it starts getting too hot.

    Best seasoned crayfish in town.

The best monroe crawfish? really?. If this is the best crawfish just wow…. Maybe its because I am from south Louisiana but I was very disappointed with this place. Kick-butt crawfish? Really? How about we learn that you boil the crawfish in the seasoning! Who sprinkles it on after they are boiled in water?!?!?! Here is a quick how to. Boil water, add seasoning, let that come to a boil, add crawfish. This allows the seasoning to actually soak into the crawfish. Also I had the jumbalaya. I must say not bad very well spiced but the rice was plain mush. Also almost died chocking on a chicken bone. All in all never again!
