Jade garden has been my fiance and I’s go to Chinese place for years, the servers are nice and the food is almost always plentiful and warm. We are always seated quickly and receive good service, this is my favorite Chinese place in Monroe/West Monroe.
Awful. Rewarming food from lunch and day before is not good idea also speaking chines loudly makes us as customers uncomfortable, please fix and clean the booths they are shaking and unclean, some of the foods like shrimp and some vegetables smells bad, i don’t go back there.
Not speaking English employees. It is realy frustrating when the employees are speaking chines or whatever their language is and have no respect for the guests, and also at dinner they rewarm lunch leftovers and I could smell something really bad on bora kelly’s and shrimps.
I love this place except the nites Lucy brings her demon child in. I Have A RIGHT TO EAT IN PEACE WITHOUT THE BLOOD CURLING SCREAMS OF A DISTURBED CHILD. I HATE how stupid and inconsiderate people with out of control children are! Educate yourself on proper decorum. Grow some brains and realize the world doesnt kowtow to you. GET A CARRY OUT!!! FOOD IS AWESOME!!
Nasty, Nasty, and very Rude. I went there yesterday with my family. We have a autistic child. My child with autism had the worst meltdown ever. He was screaming very loudly and he could not keep still. I had to walk out twice. He was clearly out if control. We have a right to eat out just like everyone else in the world. We just don’t know when, or why these meltdowns happen. The staff laugh very loudly at my child and talked in Chinese about us. Our waitress never came back to out table to check on us or to refill our drinks. It was very uncalled for because by this point my little boy had claimed down. I just hate how stupid people are and unaware they are the some children may have a disability. People need to wise up and understand that this was not a child just having bratty behavior. Not to mention the food was really not that good and they were way overpriced for a lunch(unless they charged us more than they should because of his behavior). I will not be going back with or without my child.
Awful!. I’ve had bad chinese food before. Bad doesn’t even begin to describe how awful this is!! I took three bites of the pineapple chicken, and I can feel the trans-fat clogging my arteries as I’m typing this. I’m serious, it’s like they just rubbed the chicken in lard and put it in a box. I WON’T be back.
