Delicious Food, Great Service, Good Prices. We come to The River Grille every time we are in town and are never disappointed. The food is so good and the service is always friendly and timely! I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to eat great Southern cooking!!! 🙂
I would not support this business.. The new chef they have their is great and makes great food. The some of the servers will go above and beyond to help you. My only down side are the people that run it. I asked to speak to a manager. But the waitress told me they no longer have a manager. I asked to speak with the owner. He was not there. What kind of business just runs itself without direction. I feel horrible for the people that work there. What kind of owner would just let a business go with no manager? But I must say the new tuna they have is amazing. I loved it and wish I could enjoy it more. But I chose to not support a business that is so unorganized.
I would not recommend this place to anyone! They were out of several items and the salsa was spoiled! To make matters worse no one that worked there seem to care.
Slime in the ice!!! Burgers were browned and I eat a medium burger but those were plain raw!! Fix: they brought me an over cooked piece of beef. I’m an Oklahoman so naturally it was wrong.17 Aug, 2014Terrible place to eat and I honestly wish that I could say something nice. The waitress was a sweetheart however the food was undercooked and there was slime in the ice. I’ve traveled around the world and their are places in 3rd world countries without the means that maintain a higher standard in both cleanliness and food preparation. DO NOT EAT HERE! You’ve been warned.
We will not be dining here again. We used to love this place but we’ve had too many bad experiences lately and the restaurant is dirty. I was really hoping for a turn around since they’re located in my neighborhood!
Not a quick lunch, but food was good!. I went with a group at lunch, and it took a good while to get the food. Good to know they cook it after you order, but we weren’t prepared to wait so long. If you have time to sit and enjoy while your food is prepared, this is your place. The shrimp po-boy was yummy!
Great location and nice atmosphere. VERY slow service and long wait time. Had to get our own drinks when server disappeared and wife’s food came out burned after a long wait. Very disappointing.
