Not impressed at all!. Went to Trio’s yesterday for a late lunch. I ordered a club sandwich and when it arrived the bread was really really dark almost to the point of being burnt. When I addressed our server and showed him, he was put off, got an air of attitude and mumbled something as he walked away with my plate. Got it back minus the bacon which in my opinion makes a club sandwich. I didn’t mention it because the cook knew that he didn’t put the bacon on. Not a problem if they were out, but it should have been mentioned. Not a great dining experience and don’t plan to visit there again.

I really enjoyed the blackened catfish. The Alfredo was a great side item. The bread was excellent. I will come back to try more on menu. Great atmosphere.

Great for Lunch, Dinner or Just Cocktails!. Trio’s is quickly becoming a weekly habit. The Trio’s Burger is a solid win for lunch – not only is the burger itself delicious, but I LOVE the bread they use for the bun. The service has, at times, been hit-or-miss, but understandably so since it does get quite busy at lunch. For the most part however, the waitstaff has been attentive and knowledgeable.Dinner is a bit more upscale (and the prices reflect this). The bourbon tuna and the filet are my go-to choices and I have yet to be disappointed in either one. The bartenders have always been well-versed in wine parings as well, which makes the dining experience even better. And while the bar itself seems small, they apparently have enough room to stock just about everything you could possibly want AND a barstaff that knows how to make anything you ask for.On a side note, the to-go service has been very positive too. Not once have I received a wrong order or had anything left out (a rarity in these parts when ordering to-go!). Kudos to a great local place with talented staff and good food & drinks!

Went with my husband and there weren’t that many people there at all!!! I got a quesadilla and he got a French dip and we waited for 45 FREAKING MINUTES! There were 4 other tables and the phone wasn’t ringing so I can’t imagine there were many to go orders… How can it take that long for a quesadilla and a French dip… Lazy kitchen staff and the waitress we had checked on us twice. Once when we got there to get our drinks and once when she brought our food 45 min later (and he wreaked of cigarettes) will NEVER come back

Bizarre Decor. I can’t decide if the dcor is Frank Sinatra 50-60s cool or Laugh-in. Way big and dated hanging lamps, some pop artist soft geometric wall ornaments and a steel bead (like a ceiling fan pull chains but oversized) room divider. FAR OUT (NOT). The bar seemed to be a local hangout for some politician or two (one was a bit loud and opinionated) Service was bothersome – waiter was either over-attentive or not around. The gyro meat was pre-fab (like most places these days)

Lazy staff. Called 29 nine times in 15 minutes for a party of 16. Easily would’ve been a $300 order BUT line was busy constantly. Finally went to get same order (actually $276) from Daqs next door so decided to stop in and see why Trio’s was sooooooo busy. Restaurant 3/4 full and employee on the phone. Sit there for 2-3 minutes and they’re still talking – no ticket pad, no pen obviously no order. Must be awesome to own a business where you don’t need business. Oh well Daqs was thrilled to take my money.

Trio’s Rocks. I eat here weekly, without fail. Not only because it’s close but I have had club sandwichs all over monroe/wm and this one is hands down the best!!
