Not what I expected. This restaurant looks and smells like a bar on Bourbon Street. The restaurant doesn’t look Japanese, but the rolls were decent.
I like the food… But don’t understand why they call themselves a oyster n sushi bar when they only have oysters two-three months out the entire year… It’s really false advertisment…
Sushi and service was good at lunch time. Would go again
I can stand to wait for a table if the food is good and the service too. But waiting for an hour and a half, unable to get the appetizer that we ordered was just terrible. I should have known it wasn’t going to be a good experience when my sake was served in a styrofoam cup. After waiting forever for squid salad, that never came… We left, this was their last chance, I won’t be back.
Being an older southern guy, I’ve always viewed sushi joints as upscale bait stands. Yeah, the service could stand an overhaul but was quite happy with a couple of dishes I tried. By the way, I don’t eat anything raw unless it’s a carrot. I’ve had the Bojangles shrimp, California roll and the Mt Fuji. It’a a refreshing change from the other local favorites I’ve been steered to.
Smokey roll, and baked salmon roll. These are my favorite rolls to eat @ Bojangles.
BOJANGLES SUCKS. I will NEVER return to Bojangles. the service was HORRIBLE and unapologetic. The food was sub par and tastes as though it had been ready and waiting to be sent out for an hour…which was likely considering we were there for HOURS. We watied FORTY FIVE minutes to get MENUS, much less hours for our appetizers and food. Ive had better crab meat on a salad from Albertsons. NEVER GETTING MY MONEY AGAIN.
