This place repeatedly gets orders wrong, even simply things like cheese in one burger & not on the other. Its like they always fix all the sandwiches in an order the same way, and not all people ordering together want their sandwiches fixed the same way. They either put onion on all the burger or none of the burgers. There is no getting some with and some without, unless you drive back to return it and have them correct the order. Who wants to do that. Then they are usually out of most of the drink options on the machines inside. The service here is just horrible, but we keep going back because Burger King is my in-laws favorite burger place and the only place they want to go. Yet they complain about the service every time and have me do the surveys on the receipt hoping this time maybe itll get things fixed. Theyve been complaining to managers here for years and nothing has gotten fixed. I doubt these managers are really managers though. I think they just grab the oldest looking employee there at the time.
This place has the worst service ever. I don’t know many hamburger restaurants that run out of meat but this one has and not just meat. I have been here before with no BBQ sauce, no onion rings and the are often out of coke. They have some of the rudest workers that I’ve ever seen but I guess if u have no managers that care that is what u get.
