On August 30, 2016 I ordered 10 piece mix with 3 lg sides, it came w/ liter coke, added 8 piece dark plus order of family fries. I was very disappointed my chicken was very dark. Rice dressing discussing. The best thing was the fries. I call spoke w/ the manager I think her name was Shannon. She said that they usually change the cooking oil for the evening shift well, she went to the kitchen an asked the cook and gave my complaint. Well the grease wasn’t changed because they were busy that day. She offered me a side and a liter coke for my $33.00 and change purchase really. Gonna leave Duffy’s alone for awhile.

In the valley of Boudreauxs and Thibodeauxs, the vision is only complete when the poboy and various types fried seafood are present. World… I present Duffy’s! It’s a cajun diner that offers large portions at an affordable price.
Shrimp Po’Boy. Very tasty – nice sized shrimp with good flavor.
Based on the recommendations from the hosts at the bed and breakfast we are staying at, we went to Duffy’s. While the food was good, the service was horrible. Our waitress did not check on us even through she kept checking with the tables near us. We had to wait 15 minutes to get a refill on a drink and the ketchup bottle (which was empty when we arrived). We finally got her attention when my husband raised his hand and motioned for her to come. She had an attitude with us after. We would give Duffy’s a second try based on the good reviews we hear about it, but if we get her again, we would immediately change sections.
Great experience! Gumbo, BLt, and sweet potatoe fries were excellent. Friendly service and retro ambiance. Loved it!
Fixed. Manager Jackie went above and beyond and fixed this for us. Thank you.12 Feb, 2014Poor management. Duffy’s lost a lifetime regular customer over $4. Shame on them and their management. They should charge the price that is on their menu. At the very least the waitress should point out the price change when you order something that has been changed.
If Dirt was gold!. If dirt was gold this place would be a gold mine…quite possibility the dirtiest restaurant I have ever been it. The thought of the filth ruined my appetite, only left a 8% tip rather than my usual 20+.
