We have Chile Verde often in our house. My husband always has the hard tacos, two chicken and two beef with rice and beans. He says they are the best tacos he’s ever had in his life, that the cheese and meat are the perfect quality and consistency. I would recommend the Fajita Chimichanga, I always get the beef with onions and peppers, it is the best thing I’ve ever had. The portions are huge for the price and this is the only Mexican restaurant where I’ll always eat the rice and beans. The staff is always really sweet and they have even walked my pick-up order out to my car when our toddler was sleeping in her seat. I would highly recommend giving the place a try if you’re in New Iberia.
