If someone is reviewing here and lives in Louisiana don’t listen to them about the flavor of the food. Most food is bland to most people in Louisiana, especially the south. Their taste buds have been fried by the spicy foods. Golden wok’s foods are not very spicy, nor do they use any Louisiana spices. They use traditional chinese spices. This is why most people say the food is bland. It is not at all.
I really like golden wok but I only go for the sushi. It tastes great and you can get a lot of bang for your buck. Whenever Im craving sushi and just want to pig out on a budget, I come here. I’ve tried the buffet before but I’m not really a buffet kinda girl. It was good but I wasn’t blown away or made to feel differently about Chinese buffets in general.
Best buffet in the city! Big variety and great service. The food is always hot and there’s also a Hibachi Grill. Mixed fried rice is plentiful.
Resturant looks good, but the food sucks bad, horrible selection I will never be back!!!

Bleh. Their new restaurant is nice and roomy inside! But for the food and the food selection I give it a big ZERO! The buffet does not have alot of selection like other chinese buffet. And the little food they have, had no taste at all and seems like it was left over from lunch. So I dont recommend going there at all!
Good buffet with a good selection. Most of the time it’s good but occassionally it’s a little off. Good service
