One bad apple. I have been a loyal customer for years and one day they don’t get anything right and owner wants to charge you for extra. Not a good customer service place but food is good. Will not go back because of owner and her attitude
Downhill. I ve been a loyal customer for years.. But in the past 2 years, Hot Wok has been a disappointment.. The Entrees have shrunk in size, while the price continues to rise. Their TO-GO orders have gotten to the point of ridiculousness.. I call, order $35 worth of food and when it arrives an hour later, ITS WRONG! I order Pork Fried Rice , I get shrimp… how does PORK sound like SHRIMP? a few weeks ago, they forgot to send the white rice with either entre. duh! . I order Happy Family, I m not sure what I got but it wasn t seafood. The Chicken/Broccolli is now BOCCOLLI /Chicken …. I will find another Chinese restaurant to order from.. I m tired of it.
Great food great price. I order from here often on line .I do not know why but you can not place my order on line anymore. I wish they would correct this .Ordering on line simple and fast and you can check your order before you sent it in.
Good food, slow delivery. The food here is good, nice selection, and they offer delivery! Unfortunately, they have not increased their delivery drivers to meet increasing demand. Delivery can take up to 2 hours during lunch. I guess if they are trying to decrease demand, that will do it.

They deliver. The food is average. But for the area it’s just as good as any other Chinese place. The people who own and work there are very pleasant.
Excellence!!!. Hot Wok just gained a new customer today! I had the pepper steak and the generals chicken and it was absolutely excellent! It was so hot when it arrived I still had to blow each bite. It was fresh, the meat had zero fat, the vegetables were great and the rice too!
